Step 1: Pay the Deposit of $100 to reserve your banner design project. You'll submit all info and I'll work on the design draft.

Step 2: Once the design is complete and approved by you, I'll send you an invoice to pay the balance online and send it to print.

Step 3: The finished banner and stand will be shipped directly to you at the mailing address you provide.

How do you know what to put on my custom banner design?

Once your payment or deposit is processed, you will schedule a creative session using the link on the order confirmation page. In case you do not schedule a session, you can send your logo, image(s) and exact wording via email to [email protected] (items not accepted via text or DM). Anything that is not clear will be verified with you.

Do I get to see what the banner will look like before it's printed and shipped?

A mockup of your banner will be provided to you before sending it to print. This gives you time to review the design, layout and correct spelling and information of everything.

Your written approval via email is required before it's sent to print. Any re-print cost due to errors is payable by you unless the error is on the part of DesignDiva Studios or our printer.

Do you have larger sizes?

Yes, absolutely! Please email [email protected] for pricing on larger vertical banners.

How long will it take to get my banner?

The design will be complete within 10 business days after our creative session. Printing and shipping time will vary but is normally 5-7 business days after it is approved by you.
